7.1. Delivery Charges and Timeframes

Delivery charges (if any) represent the cost of delivery services associated with the purchase of Products on the Platform. Orders will be delivered within the time frame indicated to You on the Platform. While Ozi strives to provide an accurate estimated time of arrival (“ETA”) for each order, actual delivery timelines may vary due to factors such as availability of delivery partners, order volume, traffic conditions, weather, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

7.2. Estimated Time of Arrival

Although Ozi aims to fulfil orders within a 30-minute ETA where possible, delivery may take longer in certain cases. The applicable ETA is visible on the Platform prior to order placement, enabling the customer to review the same before confirming the order. An order may be fulfilled in one or more partial deliveries, each with its own ETA.

A customer's order may include the following components and corresponding documents:

  • 7.2.1. Supply of Products and related services by Sellers – supported by a tax invoice issued by or on behalf of the respective Sellers;
  • 7.2.2. Supply of services, if any, by Ozi – supported by a tax invoice issued by Ozi.

7.3. Delivery Address

Orders shall be delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of placing the order. The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is complete, accurate, and includes any specific delivery instructions required. Ozi and its Sellers shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

7.4. Delivery Completion

Products are generally delivered when an appropriate individual is present at the delivery address to accept the order, following which the delivery partner records the delivery as completed on their delivery platform.

7.5. Cash on Delivery (CoD)

If the customer selects the Cash on Delivery (CoD) payment method, the Seller or third-party delivery partner reserves the right to decline delivery if full payment is not made at the time of delivery. In such cases, the order shall be treated as cancelled, and Ozi shall not be liable for any resulting loss or damage. The customer agrees that applicable delivery fees or other charge (if any) may still be payable towards the costs incurred for such attempted delivery.

7.6. Try & Buy (T&B) / Instant Return Option

  • 7.6.1 If the customer opts for the Try & Buy (T&B) feature (where available), the delivery partner will wait at the delivery location for up to 30 minutes from the time of delivery. During this period, the customer may try or inspect all Products eligible for T&B and may return any Products they do not wish to retain at the time of delivery.
  • 7.6.2 Returns under the T&B feature shall be accepted only if the Products are, as determined by the Ozi team, in a returnable and resellable condition, including being unused, undamaged, and accompanied by original packaging, tags, seals, and accessories (where applicable).
  • 7.6.3 The customer shall be required to pay only for the Products they choose to keep.

7.7. Scheduled Orders

  • 7.7.1. Ozi also offers the option to place scheduled orders, wherein the customer may choose a preferred two (2) hour delivery time slot in advance. Ozi shall endeavour to deliver the scheduled order within the selected time slot.
  • 7.7.2. While Ozi makes reasonable efforts to adhere to the chosen delivery slot, delivery within the scheduled time window may be impacted in certain circumstances, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather disruptions, unavailability of delivery partners, high demand periods, force majeure events, or technical or operational issues. In such cases, delivery may be delayed beyond the selected time slot.
